Dr. Corey Weinfurtner
Dr. Corey founded and opened Frontier Chiropractic in 2003, after many years in the Diagnostic Imaging field - and many, many years in school. Dr. Corey is a former x-ray technician, a former ultrasound technician, a former director of an ultrasound associate's program at a technical college, and a former instructor of ultrasound.
Dr. Corey has associate degrees in x-ray and ultrasound, undergraduate degrees in Vocational Adult Technical Education and Biology, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and Board Certification in Illinois. In addition, Dr. Corey is a certified/praticing acupuncturist and has a diplomate in Neuromuscular Skeletal Medicine.
Dr. Corey chose Chiropractic because of his desire to treat patients in a non-invasive way that has a direct effect on their overall health and well being - and 20+ years later, he still loves his profession today just as much as he did on day one!
On the personal side, Dr. Corey enjoys the outdoors; particularly hunting, hiking, camping and boating. He is married (Dawn; 32 years) and has two children (Owen; 19 years & Erynn; 18 years) and two puppies (Ollie & Kenny; 16 weeks) and a bunny (Cocoa; 6 years).
Janet
Massage Therapist
Janet began her career in massage therapy by joining our staff here at Frontier Chiropractic in September 2025, at first doing clinical training with Dr. Corey for several months and then moving on treating patients. Janet has a calm and patient manner with her patients, is an excellent therapist for our clinical setting, is a very quick learner, and is very well liked by our staff here as well as her patients.
Tracey
Massage Therapist
Tracey joined our practice August 2019 and has been a mainstay of our staff ever since. With her 19 years as a massage therapist, Tracey is dedicated to massage therapy and chiropractic care and how they work to compliment one another. She is also dedicated to her patients by creating a comfortable, yet productive environment with every therapy session.
Estrella
Massage Therapist
Estrella joined the staff at Frontier Chiropractic in June of 2021 after many years as a massage therapist in the spa setting. Estrella quickly and eagerly completed our initial training for treating patients in a clinical setting. Estrella is always eager to learn and is very enthusiastic about helping patients. Estrella is also very ambitious - in 2024 certified as a Chiropractic Assistant, and has been assisting Dr. Corey on a regular basis beginning in 2025!
